The ones allowed by the bishop whose name is on the antimens. 


Russian women (say) are not likely to give up what they believe and were taught just because the local church they attend happens to allow this.

I would not expect someone to change the way they receive if that is the way they have been tort from childhood.  I know several Romanian families which follow the tradition of not receiving (they have relaxed some of the cultural traditions about not entering the church but nothing elce), and they respect that Spiritual father sometimes instructs people specifically relating this area due the struggles they face.


Bishops and their Presbyters may allow people to receive at this time, but they never force, just as the cannons say that a woman should not receive they also allow that some will approach and they should not be turned away.
