Can anyone refer me to the Greek for this Kondak? Thank you very much.

To Thee the Champion Leader and Lord, the Vanquisher of Hades,
I, Thy creature and servant, offer a song of praise,
For Thou hast delivered me from eternal death.
But as Thou hast ineffable loving-kindness,
From all dangers that can be do Thou deliver me,
That I may cry to Thee:
Jesus, Son of God, have mercy on me.

From which akathist does this come?  It is clearly one based on the Kontakion for Annunciation (and used in the Akathist sung on the first five Fridays of Lent) but it is not one I recognise.

This from the Akathist to Our Sweetest Lord Jesus Christ. It is common in both the Russian and Greek Churches. I do not have the Greek text.

That's alright; I believe I have found it:

Κύριε ὑπέρμαχε στρατηγὲ τοῦ ᾍδου νικητά.
Ὡς λυτρωθεὶς ἐκ τοῦ αἰωνίου θανάτου.
Ἀναγράφω σοι τὸ κτίσμα καὶ δοῦλος σὸς τὰ νικητήρια.
Ἀλλ’ ὡς ἔχων εὐσπλαγχνίαν ἀνερμήνευτον.
Ἐκ παντοίων μὲ κινδύνων ἐλευθέρωσον.
Κράζοντα Ἰησοῦ Υἱὲ Θεοῦ ἐλέησόν με.
