Does anyone know anything about the journal "The Wheel"?

Dear Max Percy,
Christ is RIsen!
I've not coming across 'The Wheel' journal before now, it is always good to see new Orthodox publications especially more 'high brow' ones such as journals. However, having read a selection of articles it appears to be a post-modernist publication, the articles vary in quality but generally suffer from a lack of both academic vigour and knowledge of Orthodoxy. The key ideas appear to be: engaging in the post-modernist world (i.e. interpreting and reshaping Orthodoxy within a post-modernist framework), reform (liturgical, architectural ect..), ecumenicism, a constant need to draw from a wide range of case studies outside Orthodoxy, anti-traditionalism, anti-Roman/'Byzantine', anti-Russian, a mix of quasi-academic and personal approaches to articles, an assumption that the authors are enlightened and the rest of Orthodoxy is in need of correction.
In the Risen Christ.
