Can anyone direct me to the full Irmoi (and, if possible, the Byzantine melodies) for the following Irmoi titles?

Ode 3: Thou art the foundation.
Ode 6: Be gracious unto me.
Ode 7: The three Hebrew children.

Thank you so much!

These could refer to irmoi of the Octoechos Resurrection Canon, fourth plagal mode, of which there will be several English translations available.

As these are only opening words (after translation) they may better match other irmoi of the fourth plagal mode, such as the second canon at orthros on Wednesdays when the octoechos of the fourth plagal mode is appointed, or some of the irmoi of the canons of orthros on Lazarus Saturday.

If the actual opening words (and full text) can be established in Greek (or Slavonic) it should be relatively simple to identify these irmoi conclusively and then to find them in an appropriate translation (octoechos, possibly menaion also as they will have been used as the basis for canons to various saints).  Unfortunately it is unlikely that any version of the Irmologion exists in English.
