Does anyone know if the Lenten Triodion is available anywhere online? I can't afford to buy the book (I would like to), but I still want to read the hymns and prayers during lent. Its such a big collection that it probably isn't online, but just incase..... I'd love to know!

There is also a very helpful (and vast) collection of service texts (including most of the Lenten Triodion and rubrics for services during the Fast) available in English translation by Archimandrate Ephrem here in the UK.

It is worth spending some time at his website, as it takes a bit of time to get used to the layout in such a manner that one can easily find the texts for which one is looking.

I am thankful to find these Triodion portions available on the internet. I am trying to read through all the canons of the different days this time through lent.
I find them a little confusing, though. Does anyone know of any instructions on how the canons (of mattins) are used? What does it mean to take so many troparia from one canon, so many from another, then various troparia from the 'two canons' in the Triodion?
Thank you very much. Alexander
