Hello! I just "enrolled" today, and see that nobody has answered you all year about your question!

I don't know which "flavor" of Ukrainian Orthodox the website is [ http://www.unicorne.org ], however here is a snippet:

[QUOTE] The Kyivan Caves Chronicles include a Hungarian Orthodox Saint, St Moses “the Hungarian” who was martyred by a Princess because he refused to give up his monastic vows to marry her. St Moses is the Orthodox Patron of Youth and purity and His Relics were actually directly applied to people suffering from sensual temptations. [ENDQUOTE]

from an old issue of "Orthodox America""

[QUOTE] St. Moses the Hungarian (+1043). Feast: 26 July. St. Ephraim of Novotorzhok (+1053), brother of St. Moses and also from the borderlands of Hungary; he was also a wonderworker. Feasts: 28 January and 11 June. [ENDQUOTE]

Sorry I couldn't find more!

I have tried to attached a scanned copy of the life of Saint Moses the Hungarian and the life of St John the Long Suffering (who is usually venerated alongside St Moses for the same reason) as it is described in the Kiev-Pechersky Paterikon.

Unfortunately the upload function did not work, so would those who would like to receive the document send me a private communication and I will then forward it directly by email.
