I was able to get a complete set thru reltech.org: http://rosetta.reltech.org/reltech/PG/info.html
You can get access to scanned pages, or order a complete set. Quite reasonable, overall, quality is excellent, service was great. I was able to get the entire set for $300 electronic format.

Dear Mother or Sister Theopesta Dem.
I think that 300 dollars in US money is equal to about 1,740.00 Egyptian pounds at the moment, but this changes all the time.
Electronic format is when you see the information on the computer not on paper or in a book.

It is my understanding that what I have are the complete texts. Full Greek, with Latin translations, and many pages of notes etc. in Latin. I know Greek a bit, totally devoid of Latin knowledge.

Theopesta, see the link for reltech:
http://rosetta.reltech.org/reltech/PG/info.html
Ordering info is there.
Only in electronic data file format, not books. The book form of the Greek patristics are as far as I can tell no longer in print. I've found notice on the internet of sets for sale, in the $3,000 USD range.
The Latin fathers are also available in an electronic form, both online and CD Rom. Don't know the cost, the site I found for it was not very explicit. Since I don't know Latin, have not pursued this.
Hope this helps!

The writing is quite small and not always clear.
I don't know the current cost, but they can be bought on a volume by volume basis.
For a University Library the Thesaurae Lingua Graecae CD-Rom is a better bet, this is searchable, and you also have access to concepts in non-Christian writers.
There are also original Greek versions available with modern Greek commentary from the Apostoliki Diakonia of the Church of Greece
http://www.apostoliki-diakonia.gr/
These are known as BEPES
ÂéâëéïèÞêç ÅëëÞíùí ÐáôÝñùí êáé Åêêëçóéáóôéêþí ÓõããñáöÝùí (ÂÅÐÅÓ)
Library of Hellenic Fathers and Church Writers. Again, volume by volume, about 18 Euro each.
