Commemoration of desert fathers

Are the desert fathers commemorated in the church in the same way as the "non-desert" fathers are? For example: is there a day when we commemorate Abba Isidore, or John the Dwarf? Or maybe there is a day when they are remembered collectively, as a group?

Yes! The desert fathers are commemorated in the church's calendar, with the other saints. I don't have a copy of the calendar with me right now, so I can't give you any exact examples, but I do know that they are commemorated!
