Whats the best book for quotes from the Early Church Fathers that cover a majority of topics?

Sayings of the Desert Fathers. I think this book could provide a lifetime of instruction, edification, wisdom, consolation, even if you were deprived of every other book.

Roots of Christian Mysticism has a ton of quotes from Church Fathers on a lot of topics, though the author (Olivier Clement) sometimes allows his own theological beliefs to distort the book a bit.
