Pray for our sister Paraskevi

Greetings everyone.

This is a first time posting for me.

We have a fellow sister who has been fighting with the battles of cancer for several years. Each time she has overcome her battle, another spot seems to appear. We have been praying that God will heal her of her sickness. I am posting this message so that all who read will join us in prayer for Paraskevi.

Paraskevi needs our words of encouragement. Please post a message here, and we will pass them onto her.

My nan who is 90 is going through this, she i think is unaware of her Cancer, one thing i find nice about her is she seems to me to be humble, she is ill, but she does not seem to wollow and complain, i mean she shows that she is in pain but she seems content in another way, if that makes sense, I pray that this may bring her closer to God, I know that God loves her far more than I can, I am absolutely sure about Paraskevi that the Lord will manifest His love in her in someway, maybe if she has a spiritual Fr, by asking him for a word and accepting the 1st word that comes from him, would be best for her, Paraskevi, I myself cannot really understand your pain, but I really hope that what ever you experience that the end result may bring you closer to Christ, I hope you experience a plentiful of Joy and unbeleivable love for your family and those around you, God's Will be done on you that you get stronger and be a fellow worker of Him Who Is. May the Lord Bless you always and caress you in His All Embracing love, read Saint Silouan if you have it, Elder Porphirios, remember that the Saints pray for us and see us now in the holy Spirit, I pray that your guardian angel prays for your increase of strenght and love and health of Soul and Body, ask a preist to read a prayer of Holy unction, for the healing of Soul and Body,
The love that God has for you is like weighing the whole of creation on one side and placing you on the other, it would not be complete without you, this is what Sr Magdelen writes in the Conversations with Children. There never is a moment that goes by when God is not thinking of you

Please pray for the safe return of my good friend Bernard. He is 68 years old. Yesterday, 07/19/2005 he took his keys, paper, some cash, and driver's license to go on an errand. He had his car, which was new with temporary plates, and neither he nor his car have been seen since. HIs wife and family are frantic. We are starting to fear the worst. I appreciate your prayers for his safe return. This is not like, Bernard. We fear something terrible has happened to him. Thank you for you prayers and God bless you.
