Dear All,
We have just been informed on the orthodox-clergy list that a new orthdoxwiki encyclopedia is available on-line.

Dear Theopesta,
O Kyrios.
Perhaps someone else could help here?
I do not know where the Greek version of the Sayings of the Desert Fathers could be found online. My knowledge of Greek in any form is sadly almost non-existent so I have never searched for these texts.

I'm curious, perhaps the Mod's of this site should talk about "taking over" OrthodoxWiki. It really has not been updated and think it is a good tool for enquirer's and Orthodox laity. Perhaps it could be a group project?

I'm not sure that such a task would be realistic for any of us here. But it's sad if the site isn't kept up.

I see there's reference to the new Episcopal Assembly. But then it says in reference to 'Today's feasts': December 22. Something's off.

Father Raphael,

Father, bless in the Name of the Lord!

Why do you think that it wouldn't be a realistic task for us? From what I have seen, a lot of people have so much they could contribute and it could be done at their leisure.

Just a humble thought.

Create an account, start editing/updating and you will have "taken over". That is what a wiki is. Nothing to stop anyone who wants to participate. Beyond the editorial ability to remove "objectionable" material, not sure what else "taking over" would involve. Perhaps the current "owners" are on a Nativity break?

Dear Ignatios,

Sorry- I meant that it might not be realistic for the moderators.
