I would like to draw your attention to a beautiful little book called "Precious Vessels of the Holy Spirit", which is a collection of lives and sayings of modern Greek elders from the 20th century. It is published by Protecting Veil Press.

I bought the book of Elder Paisios' epistles a couple of months ago and Ive read it about four times now. It had a big effect on me.

Dear Daniel,

You will love his other books. Unfortunately they are only available in Greek for the time being, which I am struggling through, but I am certain that the sisters at Souroti are working on an English translation.
