(in Russian)
SUMMARY: On last Sunday, the Sunday of Orthodoxy, Thomas Dietz, a 3rd-year student at the Moscow Theological Academy and a member of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside Russia was ordained to the diaconate by the Academy's rector, Archbishop Evgeny of Vereisk.
Dietz was enrolled in the Academy when Patriarch Alexey acted on a petition by Archbishop Mark of Berlin (ROCA.)
Dietz is the first ROCA representative to be ordained by the Moscow Patriarchate.

Dear Fr Ambrose and others,
Do you have further information on this ordination? I have heard of Archbishop Mark releasing someone from his jurisdiction for transfer to jurisdiction of the MP, and indeed of the patriarchate releasing a priest for transfer to a ROCOR parish; but this is something different than the patriarchate ordaining someone still under the auspices of the ROCOR.
Any additional information would be much appreciated.

A young man, Thomas Dietz, from the diocese of Germany is attending seminary in Moscow. He was ordained by the MP in coordiantion with Abp Mark. It is unclear whether this newly ordained deacon will remain in the MP or whether he will return to Germany and serve in ROCOR.
Fr David
Dear Matthew and everyone
Here is the text of the English version of the article from the same Moscow Patriarchate website:
A representative of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia was ordained in the Moscow Theological Academy
On the Sunday of Orthodoxy, Rector of the Moscow Theological Academy and Seminary Archbishop Mark of Vereya ordained a third-year seminary student Thomas Ditz deacon, who studies in the Moscow Theological school with the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch Alexy II of Moscow and All Russia who gave it in response to the petition of Archbishop Mark of Berlin and Germany, Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia (ROCOR).
That was the first ordination of a representative of the ROCOR in the theological schools of the Moscow Patriarchate. This event has become possible in the context of dialogue between the Moscow Patriarchate and the ROCOR aimed at overcoming the division that occurred during tragic years of Russian church life in the 20th century.

Yikes! I have been decapitalised!
For such things as headings, the Oxford Manual of Style suggests capitalising "the first word and all nouns, pronouns, adjectives, verbs and adverbs, but generally not articles, conjunctions and short prepositions."
An example of this is found at the top of the page, "Orthodoxy through Patristic, Monastic & Liturgical Studies"
I see that some British newspapers do not use as much capitalisation in their headings as they once did. Alas, the world is going to the dogs! :-)

Alas, the fleeting whims of style! ;-)
