In as much as the existance of the "Q" document is hypothetical, there is not much to say about it, I think. Some Orthodox theologians and writers I have read don't discount it, but they don't support it either, they simply acknowledge the possibility that it MIGHT have be a possible explanation for the similarities in the synoptic Gospels.

I don't think Orthodoxy attaches much importance to it at all.
