Yet another Orthodox Study Bible LXX delay?

Just received the new 2006-2007 Conciliar Press catalog this week... On the back cover, it says "The complete Orthodox Study Bible, including the Old Testament, is currently scheduled for publication by winter, 2008." Has anyone heard why the date keeps getting pushed back when the prepared text has (supposedly) been handed over to Thomas Nelson editors?

I'm not certain of the nature of the delay. I know that the practical work on the volume was done long ago. But the publication of a book of this sort is always a complex process - and much boils down to raising the funds necessary to see things through the final publications process. But again, I don't know the precise nature of the delay in this case.
