Cleaning my bookshelves recently I discovered an old typewritten copy of four talks on death given by the late Metropolitan Anthony Bloom. I have been reading them over and they are very good. The dates indicated when the talks were given is from 12.4.1984-31.5.1984.
The copy I have though is difficult to read and even missing a couple of lines at the bottom of some pages.
Would anyone know the context of these talks such as where they were given? Also where a fresh copy could be obtained either online, printed as a part of a book or perhaps someone has these stored away on their PC & could email me?
I've found reference to the talks on what appears to be the 'official' Metropolitan Anthony site but there's no indication on how to find a copy of them.
Thanks.
In Christ- Fr Raphael
PS: Oh I have just finished reading the fourth talk and from what the Metropolitan says at the end of this talk either there could be more talks beyond the four I have or he had the intention of giving more talks but never gave them. He says, "I will end this talk at this point and I apologize for the necessity for me later to come back to one or two points which I have been incapable of putting concisely today."
