Any thoughts?
I'm very interested in what others here think of this book -

It's an incredible book that, in my opinion, ranks only second to Scripture. It has been a tremendous help to me and I try to read small sections of it several times per week.

I agree. I have made this book part of my daily prayer rule. I am in a 12 step program and it is written specifically to me. I have made Unseen Warfare my source of direction working my steps and to maintain my recovery.
If I could give a copy to every person in recovery, I would.

I assume you are talking about 'Unseen Warfare' as revised by St Theophan the Recluse published by SVS Press. Yes, this was a major source of guidance and help to me. I think St Theophan has a way of speaking to us (at least in translation) in our time as though he perfectly understands us and our situation. My wife tells me that in the original Russian it comes across less easily. His great work, of course, is 'The Path to Salvation' but all his writings are wonderful. There is a kind of synopsis of his teaching in a book called 'The Heart of Salvation' with commentary by Robin Amis published by Praxis Institute Press: this is one of the most helpful books I have ever read.
In Christ,
Andreas.
