Jose,
As far as I know Michael I Cerularius (1000-1059) is not on any Orthodox calendar. However, he is commemorated with the chant "Eternal memory" in the Synodikon of Orthodoxy (http://sites.google.com/site/thetaboriclight/synodikon) in the section on "the Orthodox patriarchs" that includes Sts. Ignatius and Photius the Great. Furthermore, the 1848 Encyclical of the Eastern Patriarchs ยง16 (http://www.fordham.edu/halsall/mod/1848orthodoxencyclical.html) says, "Pope Leo IX wrote to the blessed Michael Cerularius, accusing the Greeks of changing the Symbol of the Catholic Church, without blushing either for his own honor or for the truth of history."

God bless you & yours!
