Very nice! Thank you. Perhaps you can post 'follow-up' notes of which ones you've tried and what you think of them. I'll do likewise. We 'grade' everything we eat at our house. I have trouble making the same thing twice. I promised I'd make the ones that get 5 stars over again. Unfortunately, I lose the recipes and we never get to our Five-star recipes again. So - we're still testing...

Maybe I'll get my life in order during this lent!
