I recently heard a short prayer on ancientfaithradio that I would like to memorize. The only lines I recall are "I have sinned against Thee more than the adulterous woman" and "deliver me from the mire of my deeds." I have searched on google and can't find it. If anyone knows this prayer and wouldn't mind posting it for me I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
God bless -

This is from the 6th Prayer in Preparation for Holy Communion by St Symeon the New Theologian.
The same imagery can also be found in the Great Canon of St Andrew of Crete, e.g. ode 7 of Thursday's portion, and others.

Thank you, Fr Raphael and Olga. I have checked the texts you suggested and I don't think those contain the specific prayer I'm thinking of. If I do find it I will be sure to post it here -

Something similar also occurs in the Small Compline service.

Glory to Jesus Christ!
Thank you all so much for your help and prayers.
I found the broadcast where I originally heard the prayer, and it goes like this:
"I have sinned against Thee, O Good One, more than the adulterous woman, and have not offered Thee a flood of tears, but silently and calmy I kneel, asking, kissing Thy pure feet with longing, that Thou mayest grant me O Savior remission of my sins. Deliver me from the mire of my deeds, O Savior."
They mention that this prayer comes from the "...Bridegroom services which happen tonight, monday night, and tuesday night."
What a wonderful prayer!
