Difficulties in creating new threads

Dear all,

Some have reported difficulties creating new threads, in that the system asks you to enter a title, even if you already have.

This is being looked into. Please watch this space for updates.

Has anyone else had a new thread/post confirmed to have it then disappear? Was my post somehow not within guidelines or was it just a fluke?

Until one has posted a certain number of posts to the forum, submissions go through the moderation queue (which can take a bit of time). Once you've had a few messages go through, this changes automatically and your posts are made directly (this is part of the forum's anti-spam measures, to prevent spam-registrations that create an account, post their spam, then flee; this was a problem some time ago, until this measure was introduced.
