You know what, Paul? This actually sounds great in a couple of languages. Dissected and intertwined in some languages it can mean: joy and hike; elevated health; sprinted hike etc. Loved it (so avid)! :) Thank you for the blessings also 'cause I need them. :)

P.S Ok, this is my splendid chance to coin my expression "that's avid!" ummm... or not. That's so not authentic (because PH is the mastermind)! giggles...
