Adding URL's

I have had a few problems adding URL's. If you look at my recent post on German saints, you will see the URL entered twice. The system seems to take them and turn them into something else - as in the first entry. I could only get it formatted properly when I entered it twice (the second one works OK, although what I submitted was identical). If I then delete the first one, it all messes up again.

Can anybody spot what I am doing wrong?

On further examination it seems to be something to do with my browser (Netscape 7). Please don't worry about it (just in case anybody was).
