Fr Seraphim Rose icon query

Hello, everyone.

I recently purchased an icon of Blessed Hieromonk Seraphim Rose of Platina from Uncut Mountain. The icon is in Church Slavonic (http://www.uncutmountainsupply.com/proddetail.asp?prod=1SR12) and I presume the book he is holding states: "It is later than you think! Hasten, therefore, to do the work of God." Is this correct? Also, does anyone know who wrote this icon? Thanks!
