Moderated visitor messages

I see a visitor message in my profile and it says: "This Message is Moderated". Do I have to do anything? Since it appears as "Profile Visitor Messages Awaiting Approval" and even after clicking on it this notification does not disappear.

Do you have a little box? I still can't get rid of my picture notifications waiting approval. Hummm. I smell aliens. :)
