do you mean like this one?

it looks like a blank comic bubble at the top above where you would begin writing your text.

highlight the area that you want to quote and click on the blank bubble thing. :D

If you click on the "My Account" menu, there is a sub-menu called "My pictures and albums". If you click on that you will open a window that will allow you to create albums. Once you create an album, then you can upload pictures.

Hopefully that will get you started. Hope this helps,

Thank you and i did try, but it will not upload the picture. This is what it says; "not a valid image file".....?:o

I don't think jpeg's & tiff's are considered uploaded files.
I'll have to figure another way to load pic's.
