Hello dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

I was wondering what everyone uses along with their daily bible reading to hep them prepare during Christmas fast. Any guidance would be helpful.

If you are looking for something on the theme of Nativity, St. Athanasius' "On the Incarnation" is a must-read.

"The Winter Pascha" is an excellent companion to the fasting and Chuch Services of this time. It is in a format that follows the days of the season from Nov 15th on.

Agreed on "The Winter Pascha". It's designed to be read as a companion to the feasts and days of the Nativity fast, a chapter or two for east feast.
