Dear Anastasios,
You may be able to find it from the St. Nektarios Monastery in Roscoe, NY. Call the monastery and ask one of the brothers if they carry it. They have a good bookstore with both Greek and English books.
Their telephone number is- (607) 498-5468

There is an online portion on Geocities (http://www.geocities.com/saintnektarios/hymngr/hymngr.html), in two parts. I believe the first one is the Αγνή Παρθένε, but I'm not sure about the second.
Biblioasi.gr has a copy (http://www.biblioasi.gr/product_info.php?products_id=102649), but I'm not sure what shipping from Greece to North America would be.

Michael, the links as follows (Μέρος α΄ Θεοτοκαρίου (http://www.geocities.com/saintnektarios/hymngr1/hymngr1.html) and Μέρος β΄ Θεοτοκαρίου (http://www.geocities.com/saintnektarios/hymngr2/hymngr2.html)) are parts 1 and 2 of the Theotokarion. The gorgeous hymn Agni Parthene forms Ode 2 in part 1 of the Theotokarion. Note that these odes are not structured in the normal Matins canon structure.
Thank you for the link. Beautiful!

I thank you all for the info!!
I was at St. Nektarios Monastery last week and they do carry this book in the store. It's a small hardcover costing about $25. I asked if they had plans to produce an English translation and one of the fathers said that they would need a competent English poet to help them do that.
