St John Chrysostom homilies on Genesis

Hello to all,

I was wondering if anyone know of and site that has St. John Chrysostom's homilies on Genesis, online for free?
I've looked at St. Pachomius library (http://www.voskrese.info/spl/Xjn-xrysost.html) and CCEL (http://www.ccel.org/search?category=books&qu=chrysostom), and they don't have it.
I see one transaltion at amazon.com for $24.95 (http://www.amazon.com/Homilies-Genesis-1-17-Fathers-Church/dp/0813209722) , and the only other place i see a list of his complete works online for free(including the Gen. Homilies) is a french site; http://www.abbaye-saint-benoit.ch/saints/chrysostome/

Any ideas?

I'd love to know too!

I've never found them on-line, but I have a university library near me so can go there to read them in English.

I suppose you could try one of the free on-line translations programs to translate a page or two of the French - but don't trust the results!!

Yeah, it looks like i will have to go to the library - something i was trying to avoid- The free online translations, teach heresy, haha! Thanks for your response anyways.

As far as I can tell, the Robert C. Hill translation of these homilies is the earliest in English, and it's still under copyright. That's probably why you can't find them online.
