Hi, this is my first post on the forum and I am very excited.
I know we can probe 2 Pet:4, as well as Pslam 82, and the story of Moses meeting God face to face for relevant Biblical information on theosis but where else could we look?
Would it be accurate to probe theosis in Paul with the some of the "in Christ" statements.
Furthermore, would the Johannine language in the Farewell discourse specifically the "I you and you me" statement (14:20) and the vine and brances (15:1-8) narrative be acceptable.
Also, how does our relationship with the Holy Spirit work in with all of this? That is one of the mysteries that I have not understood adequately from the Orthodox position.
